Frances Porter Logan Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Porter Logan (Pelham, Alabama), who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Ray Logan; her parents, Clara Eunice Porter and Coy Eugene Porter; and her siblings, Clara Jean Johnson and Bill Porter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Tidwell (Joe), Sharon Little (Mike) and Nicki McAbee (Shawn); her grandchildren, Richard Tidwell (Lynette), Brooke Tidwell Kearbey (Hayes), Allison Little, Cameron Little (Kristin), Emily McAbee Taylor (Austin) and Hallie McAbee; and her great grandchildren, Cole Tidwell, Chase Tidwell, Cohen Kearbey, Wells Kearbey, Coy Kearbey, Jane Little and Charlie Little.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shades Mountain Baptist Church (2017 Columbiana Rd, Birmingham, AL 35216). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Hand in Hand Ministry or Make Jesus Known, both at Shades Mountain Baptist Church, in honor of Frances's legacy of service and faith.
