She is survived by: her children, Frank Chastain (Joy) and Jaime O'Neal (Joe); her grandchildren, Brooke (Matt), Will (Cherish), Kaitlin and Luke; and her great grandchildren, Gatlin, Palmer, Peyton and Gracie.
