He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pennington and Christine Pennington; his son Chris Pennington; and his sister Tammy Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lynn Towers Pennington; and his daughter Chelsea Pennington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
