He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Starnes and Sally Alice Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Paula N. Starnes; his daughters, Patti Carter (Rick), Jennifer Beard and Julie Muller (Steve); his grandchildren, Kelly Reid (Phillip), Lindsey Carter, Emma Trautwein (Chad), Mary Kathryn Muller, Hunter Fuqua (Katy), Harrison Fuqua, Gunner Fuqua, Finn Fuqua and Wilson Muller (Molly); and his great grandchildren, Carter Reid, Grayson Reid, Mason Malone, Hud Trautwein, Hayes Trautwein, Houston Trautwein and Madison Malone.
