It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Gerald Fondren Sr. (Pelham, Alabama), born in Geneva, Alabama, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his children, John Jr. (Carrie), Kenneth (Sally), Neal (Christy), Alan (Deneise) and Marianne Hatton-Putnam. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and many great grandchildren.
