He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Dillard and Eulala Dillard; his wife Marti; his brother Jerry; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie and Calvin Upshaw.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Phillips (David), Chip Dillard (Cindy) and Clint Dillard (Amy); his grandchildren, Taylor Phillips (Fred Ra), Bailey Phillips, Jack Dillard (Arwen), Liz Dillard and Sam Dillard; his great grandchild Henry Dillard; his sister Guynelle Bird; and his sister-in-law Robbie Ann Upshaw. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews, as well as numerous cousins and dear friends.
