With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul R Lewis Sr. (Pelham, Alabama), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 21, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Paul has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Clara; his son Paul Renfroe Lewis, Jr.; and his grandson Colton Lewis.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Southern Heritage Funeral Home (475 Cahaba Valley Rd, Pelham, AL 35124). A celebration of life was held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Paul Lewis, Sr.'s honor to the American Heart Association (http://www.heart.org.).
