She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her parents, Joe Curtis Turpin, Sr. and Julia W. Turpin; her siblings, Alice Louise Turpin, Grace T. Walker, Joe Curtis Turpin Jr. and Ann T. Scott; and her grandson Jeremy David Farren.
She is survived by: her sons, Patrick David (Kassie), Michael Curtis and John Christopher (Cathy); her brother Michael Lawrence Turpin (Stephanie); and her grandchildren, Paul Farren (McKenzie), Jordan Farren, Nicholas Farren, Danielle Farren, Amy Rose Farren, Joel Farren, Ashleigh Farren-Jones (Stephen) and Courtney Farren Crowder (Landon).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Rocky Ridge Cumberland Presbyterian Church. 24204 Altadena Road, Birmingham, Alabama.
