William Samuel Perkins Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Samuel Perkins (Pelham, Alabama), who passed away on January 17, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Perkins and Lillie Mai Perkins of South Carthage; and his son Jay Samuel Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Katie Laws Perkins; his daughters, Paige Perkins (Doug Legg), Sharla Perkins, Christy Parker (Lee) and Hoover; his granddaughters, Caroline Brown (Jake), Lindsay Parker (Scott Elgin) and Hoover; his sister Judy; his brother-in-law Dick Rood; and his cousins, Janice Taormina (Larry) and Bill Moore (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
