He is survived by: his wife Susan Maddox; his son Bobby DeOwen Maddox (Amanda); his son-in-law Randy Castleberry (Cristy); his grandchildren, Shelby Collier (Ryan), Clay Castleberry, Callie Bowling (Trystin) and Owen Castleberry (Maddie); his great grandchildren, Amelia Collier, Hudson Collier, Levi Castleberry and Jax Bowling; and his siblings, Emily Sue Barber and Jackie D. Maddox (Tina). He is also survived by grandchildren; nine honorary great-grandchildren.
