He is survived by: his wife Vickie Armstrong; his sons, Kerry Phillips and Jeff Phillips (Amanda); his grandchildren, Montana Parnell, Logan Phillips, Makayla Phillips, Hannah Webber and Grayson Phillips; his great grandchild Xander Nolan; his stepmother Mary Phillips; his sister Denise Blakely (Gene); his uncle Wayne Gallegly (Becky); and his brother-in-law Gene Small. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
