He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Smith; his sons, Douglas Eugene Smith (Judy), Billy Frank Smith (Lynne) and Barry Dale Smith (Susan); his grandchildren, Chris Smith (Heather), Vince Smith (Misty), Patrick Smith, Laura Rogers (Chris), Brandon Smith and Michael Smith (Danielle); and his brother Reginald Clark Smith. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
