He is survived by: his wife Rena; his children, Carles, Ben (Victoria) and Candice; and his grandchildren, Riley, Carsen, Ella and Abigail. He is also survived by 4 nieces, 1 nephew, 14 great nieces and nephews, along with many great-great nieces and nephews, beloved family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cosby Funeral Home (65001 AL-77, Talladega, AL 35160). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Blue Eye Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family has asked in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Lakeside Hospice in Pell City, AL.
