He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Buel Harrell Jr. and Bertie Ferguson Harrell. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Joey Harrell, Ronald David Harrell (Kristen) and Dustin Keith Harrell (Felisha); his sisters, Shelia Todd (David) and Heather Pressley (Billy Wayne); his grandchildren, Jeh Elders, Landan Elders, Katelynn Harrell, Natalie Harrell, Ty Harrell, Roman Harrell, Rhodie Harrell, Harley Harrell, Henley Harrell and Aria Harrell; and his great grandchild Titan Malakai Harrell.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Usrey Funeral Home (516 North St E, Talladega, AL 35160). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Mr. Harrell's famiy will accept flowers at the funeral home, or donations can be made in his memory to the Winterboro High School Athletic Association or Winterboro Education Foundation, 22435 AL Highway 21, Alpine, AL 35014.
