“Perdido will never be the same without Allen hollering "Hey Neighbor!!" He was a dear friend & like a brother to me. We spent many hours on the front porch telling tales, where he revealed the soul of a true adventurer. Nothing got past him on the creek! He loved all the action on The Point & was known to shoot his cannon on the 4th of July yelling "fire in the hole!" Lots of memories with Allen. My love to Genny, Eddie, Elsie & the rest of the family. Happy trails Allen. You are missed by all.”
