She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Mitchem, Jr.; her son Michael Ray Mitchem; her granddaughter Kristen D. Wallace; and her siblings, Bill Weekley, Roy Weekley, Gracie Smith, Edna Hadley, Annie Mae Mitchem, Vera Weekley and Dorothy Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vanessa D. Mitchem of Perdido, AL and Nancy L. Wallace (Glen) of Bay Minette, AL; and her grandchildren, Valerie D. Rangel of Atmore, AL and Mackenzie Wallace of Bay Minette, AL..
Although the family will accept flowers, they suggest memorial contributions be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
