He is survived by: his children, David Mickle, Raymond Rogers, Dawn Nguyen (Laurence), Christina Richardson (James), Penny Cullins (Marc) and Alexa Rogers; his sisters, Sadie and Amie; his grandchildren, Sarila, Noelle, Raymond, Kaylee, Charlie, Laynee, Dylan, Lacie, Zoe, Willow and David; and his great grandchild Elizabeth.
