It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Carroll Anthony of Phenix City, Alabama, who passed away on September 14, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew D. Carroll and Willie Lee McCutcheon Carroll; her husband Marion Raymond Anthony; and her siblings, Juanita Struble, James Carroll, Robert Carroll and Durwood Carroll.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Welch (Burrell), Alissa Brooks, Andrea Jewett, Tim Anthony (Emily), Jeff Anthony (Sandra) and Todd Anthony (Courtney); her brothers, Floyd Carroll (Mack) and Tommy Carroll (Lynell); and her grandchildren, Jeremy Welch (Katie), Jessica Welch, Eli Brooks (Kayla), Ethan Smart, Rowan Smart, Lauren Jewett, Austin Anthony (Megan), Carson Anthony (Chelsea), Maegen Hall, Tabitha Holmes (Chris), Lacey Gonzales (Danny), Cole Anthony, Aiden Anthony and Cameron Locklar. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, extended family.
