She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Dow Jennings and Agnes Gatewood Jennings; and her husband Sam Sumner Singer. She is survived by: her children, Sam Sumner Singer, Jr. (Jaime) of Phenix City, AL and Susan Singer Patterson (late Brooks) of Birmingham, AL; and her sister-in-law Sherry Horne Jennings (late Theron). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 1:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 AM at the Vance Brooks Funeral Home (3738 US-431, Phenix City, AL 36868). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Vance Brooks Funeral Home - Phenix City (3738 US-431, Phenix City, AL 36868).
