He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Dolan Holt and Ruth Weaver Holt; and his siblings, James Richard Holt and Alice Holt Pickett (Riley). He is survived by: his wife Dixie Griffin Holt of Phenix City, AL; his sons, Charles "Chuck" Dolan Holt, Jr., Steven "Steve" Mark Holt (Leila), William "Billy" Holt (Kay) and Timothy "Tim" Ray Holt (Diana); his sister Pansy Blair (James); and his sister-in-law Janice Holt. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 13 ½ great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
