He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Howard Sr. and Lucille Howard; his stepson Joseph Bunkley; and his brother Otis Howard (Catherine) of Box Springs, Georgia. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Bunkley-Howard; his children, Michelle Howard-Corbitt of Montgomery, Tracey Marshall (Vincent) of Talbotton and Demetrick Mathis of Columbus; his stepson Anthony Bunkley of Columbus; his son Jerome L. Walton (Thirteen) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his siblings, Willie Frank Howard (Claudia) of Columbus and Terest Brown; and his uncle James Marshall (Deloris) of Savannah, Georgia.. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the C. T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home (1514 5th Ave, Phenix City, AL 36867).
