He was predeceased by: his parents, Renee Eugene Lee and Peggy Wisman Lee. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hatch Lee; his children, David Wayne Lee, Jr., Heather Daniel (Jonathan) and Michelle Ann Lee; his brother Bobby Eugene Lee; his grandchildren, Mickaela Lee, Megan Lee, Zackary Daniel, Sophia Daniel and Liam Chancey; and his great grandchildren, Ella and Parker.
