He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Bell and Emmaline Bell. He is survived by: his wife Ruby D. Bell; his sons, George Bell, Jr. of El Paso, TX and Brian David Bell of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Kaci T. Bell, Joshua Bell and Emma M. Bell of El Paso, TX; his brother O. B. Bell of Crawford, AL; his sister-in-law Vernell Kendricks of New Orleans, LA; and his sibling's children, Laurie Scott-Reyes, Deborah D Scott, Gregory Scott, Evelyn Hawkins and Dannella Allen.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
