She was predeceased by: her parents, Romie Lee Harper and Jessie Mae Riley Harper; her husband Thomas O'Neal Smith; and her siblings, Rhae Harper, Katie Mae Smith, Voncile Radford, Leonard L. Harper and Walter L. Harper.
She is survived by: her children, Debbi Smith Kelley (Dwayne) of Salem, AL and Keith O'Neal Smith (Susan) of Ellerslie, GA; her grandchildren, Brandon D. Kelly (Tonia), Keith O'Neal Smith, Jr. (Melissa) and Kristen Ann Smith (Trey Harris); her great grandchildren, Heather Rippy (Josh), Elden Thomas Smith, Karlee Anna Smith and Hadley Annelise Harris; and her great great grandchildren, Lakelynn Rippy and Waylon Rippy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, numerous other loving family members.
