Owens of Phenix City, Alabama, born in Andalusia, Alabama, who passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lusha Owens and Annie Bellinger; his wife Mary Ann Owens; and his siblings, Joe Owens, Dorothy Johnson and Margaret Lockett.
