She is survived by: her husband Dale Middleton; her children, Shannon Paul Middleton and Melissa Joy Middleton (Jeremy Beckwith) of Phenix City; her sister Tamela Joy Turner of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Leah Faith Shelton, Gracie Kate Beckwith, Jolee Joy Beckwith and Brianna Conley.
