He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth "Ken" Melburn Mayo; his father-in-law John Jeffrey "Jeff" Tidmore; and his grandparents-in-law, Earl and Beatrice Carmack. He is survived by: his wife Anissa Tidmore Mayo of Phenix City, AL; his mother Kay Carmack Tidmore; his siblings, Vanessa Tidmore Malcolm (Dennis) and Mathew Mayo (Kristy Rogers); and his children, Kenny D. Mayo, II, Tamra Elizabeth Osborne (Joe) and Megan Jenice Adams (Johnathan). He is also survived by grandchildren and several other family members and friends.
