With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Walden of Phenix City, Alabama, born in Columbus, Georgia, who passed away on June 19, 2021 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Walden. He is survived by: his parents, Tracy Lynn Wade Oswalt (Brian) of Phenix City and Mike Walden of Columbus, Georgia; his grandfather James E. Walden of Columbus; his daughter Chloe Walden of Smiths Station, Alabama; and his stepsister Nicole Oswalt of Opelika, Alabama. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Crossroads Men's Recovery Program, 1033 Valley Rescue Mission Road, Hamilton, Georgia 31811.
