Nancy Locklar Scott Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Locklar Scott of Phenix City, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 10, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Jack Locklar and Ollie Slayton Locklar; her former husbands, Earnest Daniel Adcock and James Larry Scott; and her brothers, Mike Locklar and Keith Locklar.
She is survived by: her husband Seed; her children, Piper Gilley (Chris), Jason Adcock (Amanda) and Jonathan Adcock (Ashley); and her siblings, Vikki Eberle, Sherree Williamson, Janet Locklar and Wayne Locklar. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, as well as several extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (1600 5th Ave, Phenix City, AL 36867). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery (553 AL-165, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856).
