We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2025, at the age of 90, Nannie Lee Smith of Phenix City, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Carroll and Ophelia Watkins Carroll of Texas; and her sister Libba Richardson. She is survived by: her husband Robert Kay Smith of Phenix City, AL; her children, Ken Smith (Sherri) of Alabaster, AL and Anne Clark (David) of Auburn, AL; her grandchildren, Rebecca Clark Henderson (Matt), Cory Smith (Leen) and Elizabeth Clark Hyatt (Blayne); and her great grandchildren, George Henderson, Freddie Henderson, Mary Clark Hyatt and Zane Smith.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parkhill Cemetery (4161 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907).
