He is survived by: his sons, Russell Morris Belcher and Allen Gregory Belcher (Kim); his wife Gwen Belcher; his grandchildren, Ellie Day Adams (Raleigh) of Huntsville, William Day (Sarah) of Auburn, Georgia, Hayley Belcher of Mobile, Austin Belcher (Brantlee) of Phenix City, Trent Belcher (April) of Smiths Station, Tanner Belcher (Lauren) of Phenix City and Ashlyn Belcher of Birmingham, Alabama; his great grandchildren, Waylon Brooks Belcher of Phenix City, Alabama, Scottie Kate Belcher of Phenix City, Alabama and Haven Layne Belcher of Phenix City, Alabama; his sisters, Janice Nall (Glenn) of Castleberry, Josephine Hutchinson of Chipley and Peggy Sue Patterson (Howard) of Red Level, Alabama; and his friend Daryl Cain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 9:00 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vance Brooks Funeral Home - Phenix City (3738 US-431, Phenix City, AL 36868). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
