He is survived by: his wife Linda Jean Jorgensen Burnham; his children, Lacey McDaniel, Katie Berger and Josh Berger (Brittney); his sisters, Ann Head, Brenda Parkinson, Sandra Youngren and Sue Reeves (Charles); his grandchildren, Tyler McDaniel, David Crotts, Aubrie Crotts, Briella Berger, Banks Berger and Memphis Evans; his great grandchild Braelynn McDaniel; and his friend Jax. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
