He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Head and J. B. Head; and his brother Elton Head. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Rhodes Head; his children, Tonya Head Williams (Keith), Bobby Head, Jeff Dudley, Jody Griffin, Miranda Holcombe and Jim Hall; his siblings, Judy Nemeth and Burrell Head (Betty); his grandson Tripp Jones (Madison); and his great grandchild Emersyn Jones. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vance Brooks Funeral Home (3738 US-431, Phenix City, AL 36867). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
