He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mullins and Inez Mullins (Porter); and his sister Shenna Lynn Mullins Cox. He is survived by: his siblings, Annalette Mullins and Jackie Robert Mullins; and his nieces, Heather Nicole Mullins and Kaleigh Lee Mullins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens.
