She was predeceased by: her husband Jackson Cook Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Aubrey Allen (Raemona) of Midland, Lillian Hunter (Clarence) of Ft. Mitchell, Micheal Chambers (Deborah) of Tampa, FL, Auburn of Tampa, FL, Diane Porter of Tampa, FL, Faye Thomas of Columbus and Jeff Summberlin of Ladonia; her grandchildren, Willie Deloney (Tamika), Lolita McClendon (Carl), Clarence Hunter (Shatoya), Jeruel Hunter, Micheal Chambers (Dorothy), Aubrey Chambers (Elise) and Shantavia Crowell (Enrique); and her sisters, Mildred Allen of Phenix City and Betty Alexander of Milwaukee, WI.. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
