He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mae Alexander and George Miller; his daughter Artesha Lewis; and his sisters, Catherine Butler, Geneva Alexander and Veola Alexander.
He is survived by: his daughter Keisha Alexander; his grandchildren, Ja'Quez Garrett, Ja'Niya Garrett and Jayden Perry; and his sisters, Judy Williams and Viola Alexander. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
