He was predeceased by: his parents, Frankie M. C. O'Kelley and Brenda Gail McGee O'Kelley; and his brother Brandon O'Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Carpenter O'Kelley; his son Frankie O'Kelley; his cousins, Patsy Slatton (Randy) and Crystil O'Kelley; and his pet Riley. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
