It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kay Fortner of Phil Campbell, Alabama, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband John Fortner; her great grandchild Memphis Alvarado; her parents, William Loyd and Noreen Raper (Bankston); her sister Sherry Raper; and her granddaughter Tamara Willis.

She is survived by : her sons, Derek Quillen and Chris Fortner (Pam); her grandchildren, Heather Willis, Kayla Quillen and Kiley Fortner; her great grandchild Milahni Alvarado; her brother Tommy Raper (Cheryl); and her close friend Kim Farley. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
