She is survived by: her children, Judy Kuykendall (Rodney), Karen Bates (Randy), Annette Sutherland (Alan), Tammy Adams (Dwight) and Mark Winstead (Mandy); and her sister Irene Leek. She is also survived by grandchildren, host of great-grandchildren.
