He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oden and Ethel Oden; and his brother James E. Oden. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Oden; his daughter Wenona Oden; and his grandchildren, Andrew and Alexis.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pinkard Funeral Home (27305 AL-24, Russellville, AL 35653). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.
