He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Cromer Proctor; his children, Tabatha Eileen Ellis and Billy Shane Proctor; his stepsons, Tyler Scott Messer and Ryan James Messer; and his grandchildren, Christopher James, Nathan David Ellis, Olivia Jayce, Mason Scott, Emory Rae Messer, Karter Cole and Kingston Lamar Proctor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, their spouses and children.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dansby Heritage Chapel (707 Southern Ave, Piedmont, AL 36272). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
