He is survived by: his children, Debbie Harris (Grady) of Warner Robins, GA, David Tolbert (Deborah) of Toccoa, GA, Jack Tolbert (Christi) of Ellaville, GA and Michael Tolbert (Lori) of Piedmont, AL.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
