He was predeceased by : his wife Gail Moyer; his parents, Edward Moyer and Lucille Moyer; and his brother Edward Moyer. He is survived by : his children, Felicia Moyer Chapman (Allison), Brandon Moyer (Kaitlynn) and James Moyer; his grandchildren, Reagan Moyer and Caden Moyer; and his siblings, Debra Couey and Darrell Moyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
