It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Moore Kines of Piedmont, Alabama, who passed away on January 1, 2026, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Moore and Dorothy Moore; and her brothers, Terry Moore and Eddie Moore. She is survived by: her husband Mike Kines; her children, Matthew Glen Kines, Maranda Hope Kines and Phillip Michael Kines; her grandchild Aliah Shae Kines; and her pet Felix. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
