She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Rainey; her parents, Alfred Summers and Sally Summers; her siblings, Charles Summers, Barbara Cash, Francis Hamilton and Phyllis Boles; and her sons, Melvin Scott, Milton Ray and Junior Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Louise Griffin (Gary), Ralph Johnson (Kathey), Michael Landers and David Landers (Billie Jo); her daughter-in-law Violet Johnson; her grandchildren, Gary Griffin, Jr. (Susan), Crystal Swann (James), Christina Whitlock (Scotty), Shanna Wilson (William), Jessica Landers and Lesley Heer (Kenneth); and her sister Kathryn Walden. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
