He was predeceased by: his father Jamie Burt; and his grandfather Ronnie Burt. He is survived by: his close friend Erin Buttram; his daughter Lennon Blaire BurtMother; his stepfather Chastity Burt (Jeremy Chandler); his sister Cierra Sanders (Josh); his nephew Griffin Sanders; and his grandparents, Linda Miller, Jerry Wooten and Janet Burt. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
