He was predeceased by: his parents, A. H. Martin and Lenora Martin; his sisters, Marie Martin Kidd and Jan Martin Harris; and his daughter Anna Martin Bury.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kay Martin; his son Peter T. Martin; his siblings, Larry K. Martin and Phyllis Martin Canup; and his grandchildren, Taylor W. Martin and Margaret L. Martin. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home & Crematory (6340 Old Piedmont Gadsden Hwy, Piedmont, AL 36272). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
