He is survived by: his wife Sandra Smith; his children, Amber Walker (Abe), Brandon Smith, Kristen Smith, Josh Bonner and Scott Bonner; his grandchildren, Destinee Bonner, JB Bonner, Riley Norris, Dylan Smith, Kaitlyn Smith, Gabe Smith, Tristyn McDougle, Kaylee McDougle and Cooper McDougle; and his nephew Jordan Smith.
