She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Edward and Callie Eugene Mitchell Kiser; her husband L. J. Williams; her son Rickey Williams; her siblings, Leonard Kiser, Oliver Kiser, Ollie Kiser, Pansy Scott, Novella Voiles and Payne Kiser; and her nephew Bruce Voiles.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Aaron Williams (Jayna) and Ethan Williams; her great grandchildren, Sullivan Williams, Dagan Williams and Lexi Williams; her daughter-in-law Anita Williams; and her sibling's children, Frances Vaughn, Randy Voiles, Derek Kiser and Brent Kiser.
