She is survived by: her husband Kevin Thomas; her children, Madison Marlin (Kade), Lexie Collins (Nathan) and Brenden Thomas; her mother Joann Glenn (Rich Cox); her parents-in-law, Steve and Janice Thomas; her sister Stephanie Sims (Brach Schooley); and her sister-in-law Michele Melvin (Greg). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
